At Hellman's Homestead, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. We only ship within the United States and offer standard shipping rates based on your location. All orders are shipped within 5 business days and should arrive within 5-7 more business days after the order has been shipped. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Please order through our Etsy website.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hellman's Homestead. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
