Traditional sourdough is such a treat! We look forward to our fresh baked bread every week and we are delighted to be offering them to our local customers as well. Made with organic flours, well water, and mineral rich sea salt, our sourdough ferments for 8-12 hours giving you all the benefits of the grains. The outside has a crispy shell, and the inside is puffy and tart. Goes great with butter & farm fresh eggs. Or slice it up for an elevated sandwich experience! 

INGREDIENTS: Organic all-purpose flour, water, organic whole wheat sourdough starter, sea salt.
